There will be a TMQG Sew In at Sew Original Winston-Salem this Friday, September 6th, starting at 5:00 pm. You may bring your own work or you may assist with making Washcloth Travel Rolls for Senior Services. (https://www.maychappell.com/2019/07/22/travel-roll-tutorial/)
We would like to make 100 of these Travel Rolls so they can be used as gifts by Senior Services this Christmas. We are asking for donations of quality washcloths (at least 10.5 x 10.5 square), Pellon SF101 interfacing, pieces of fabric (at least 13 x 13), and grosgrain ribbon (in yard lengths). If you cannot attend, but would still like to donate, please take your washcloths, interfacing, cloth, and ribbon to Sew Original by Friday. You may also make a cash donation. Ann Monroe will be thrilled to go shopping for you!
